The Story of Studio Syrenka

I’m an artist, muralist, and educator working across public art, mixed media, and collaborative workshops.

 

Through my international studio practice, Studio Syrenka, I create large-scale murals and community-based projects while maintaining an independent studio practice. I partner with schools, communities, and organizations to develop meaningful projects that engage people and transform spaces. Named after the syrenka—Warsaw’s sword-bearing mermaid—my work draws from folklore, nature, and cultural symbols. My projects can be found in Florida, Venezuela, Poland, Ghana, and Vietnam.

Studio Syrenka works with schools and organizations to lead hands-on art projects, often large installations or collaborative murals. These workshops give students and community members the chance to create together and contribute to a finished piece.

Murals are more than decoration. They are expressions of identity and collaboration. Studio Syrenka offers custom murals, either painted by the studio or brought to life through interactive participation with students, faculty, or employees. Each piece transforms a space and leaves a lasting impression, both on and off the wall. 

IN THE STUDIO | prints

My recurring house motif is inspired by the colorful homes stacked along the hills and mountainsides of South America, my first home away from home. Commissions are available for those who wish to customize style options and colors. Pricing for prints varies based on size, detail, and availability.

IN THE STUDIO | graphite illustrations

Plants and creatures, both tame and wild, carry symbolic meaning, and imaginative illustrations are used to explore and retell memories from childhood.
